In the fall of 2013, we welcomed songwriter and musician Brian Chevalier for a weeklong, school-wide songwriting program in which students collaborated on all aspects of the songwriting process, from lyric writing to musical arrangement. Mr. Chevalier met individually with classes in grades one through five to compose three original songs. This Songwriter in Residence program was generously funded by the Dover PTO.
