Recording PDPs in Aspen
Log in to ASPEN.
Make sure you are on Staff View (upper right hand, click on Change view, and scroll down to Staff View)
If you do NOT see the TASKS window on the homepage, goto Set Preferences--> Click on the HOME tab and place a check in front of TASKS--> Click OK.
On the homepage, in the TASKS Window, Click on the Initiate button.
Beside workflow, use the dropdown to select PD Activity Request and beside the magnifying glass, select your name, then click the Next button.
Use the magnifying glass to open up the available Course Listings, select your course. If you have any comments to the teacher, enter them in the comments and Click the Next button. Click the Finish button on the final page. Your course request will be sent to the PD Manager for the course and after they have reviewed it, you should receive an email back letting you know if you have been approved or denied enrollment in the course.
