ASPEN Teacher Websites

Please note that some teachers use different programs to set up their classroom websites. There is a link to each teacher website under the PARENT INFORMATION tab from the top navigation menu on your school site. If your teacher has an Aspen Page as their website, then you will need to login to Aspen first before you can access the page. Once logged in, simply click on the word, PAGES on the left navigation bar. In the next window, you will see all teacher pages that are listed for public viewing. Be sure that your teacher has told you the name of their website page for easy access.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I have not received a username and password. How can I get one?

All parents/guardians of middle school and high school students were provided a username and password to the Aspen Family Portal at the beginning of the school year. If you are new to the Dover Sherborn Schools you can obtain a Request for Aspen Account Form” from the guidance office.  You should receive a Welcome letter that will include your username and password once this account has been created.

  • How do I login to the Aspen Family Portal? (from website, web browser and mobile device)

Type address into web browser (or use the Quick Link from the Dover Sherborn website): https://ma-dover-sherborn.myfollett.com/aspen/logon.do

  • Why do I get a message stating “Your account has been disabled”?

After three unsuccessful login attempts your account will be disabled.

You must contact the middle/high school front office to request your account be “enabled”.

  • I cannot remember my password. What can I do to reset it?

Click on the “I forgot my password” link on the Aspen Login page.

As long as you have a correct email address on the system and have created a security question you will be able to automatically receive a new password via email.

  • When I click on the “I forgot my password” link, I get the following message:

Your account has not been configured for self-service password recovery. Please contact your system administrator.

You must contact the IT Department via email at aspenportal@doversherborn.org to request a password reset. Once you have a new password, login to Aspen and click on “Set Preferences” in the upper right corner next to Log Off.   Then click on the “Security Preferences” tab and create a security question. If you forget your password again, you will now be able to automatically retrieve it by clicking on the “I forgot my password” link.

  • I cannot find my child’s Interim Report or Report Card. Where is it?

The middle school and high school Interim Reports are published in the family portal based on specific dates determined by the administration. All parents/guardians will receive a reminder email message as part of the weekly email blast that the report is available in the family portal.  The published reports can be found on the initial login page of the parent portal in the lower right hand corner under the "Published Reports" widget.

When I try to open the report nothing is displayed on my computer screen?

Adobe Reader is required to display all published reports in Aspen. You can download Adobe Reader for free from www.adobe.com

Every browser has its own settings for “blocking pop-up” windows. You must allow pop-ups from the ma-dover-sherborn.myfollett.com site in the browser of your choice in order to have the report display correctly.

  • The Interim Report is no longer available in the family portal. I must have missed the date. How can I obtain a copy?

Please contact the middle school or high school guidance office for a copy of your child’s Interim Report.
