The Pine Hill School Building Committee monitors and assesses the conditions of the physical plant. The Building Committee reports and makes recommendations to the School Committee based on their findings. In the spring of 2006, Sherborn voters approved a warrant article sponsored by the Pine Hill School Committee for $1,718,100 for Phase I of a renovation to the Pine Hill School. Phase I addresses critical issues and includes replacing the heating system, stopping infiltrating water due to window leaks and poor drainage, and addressing carpet failures and safety issues. All meetings are open to the public. Meeting times will be posted at Town Hall, the Library and on this site when possible. The committee members are as follows:
