The Dover Sherborn Public Schools continues its commitment to our mission:
To inspire, challenge and support all students as they discover and pursue their full potential.
Working with Interim Superintendent, Mr. William McAlduff, Interim Business Manager, Ms. Dawn Fattore, Director of Special Education Ms. Christine Smith, and the entire administrative team, all seek to support the goals of the district to:
articulate instructional approaches and opportunities to ensure curricula access for all students
support students' social and emotional wellness
continue implementation of DS Professional Growth and Evaluation System and administrators' evaluation processes
review curriculum based on the published curriculum review cycle
These goals cannot be accomplished without the support of our three school committees, the unwavering dedication of our parents/guardians, the talent and expertise of our faculty and staff, and the commitment of our many community stakeholders. This collaborative team assures that Dover Sherborn Public Schools is a successful place for all 2200 students to grow and learn.
At the direction of and in collaboration with the Superintendent, the office of the Assistant Superintendent oversees ten areas of the schools’ operation, including:
- Professional Development
- Early Childhood Education
- English Language Learning (ELL)
- Home Schooling
Additional information about these topics and others are posted to the Dover Sherborn website, please visit those areas to learn more about these topics.
It is my pleasure to work in a district that involves all stakeholders in assuring a quality education for all of the students who are entrusted to our care.
