STEPS:
1. Click on the link (blue text) for Unitedstreaming
2. enter in our school's eight-digit password in the space called
New User Password
(see bookmark from the school librarian or ask Mrs. Chase.)
3. Create your own username and password
4. Log in with your username and password |
5. Search for video(s) 4 different ways.
- keyword
- subject
- grade
- curriculum standard
6. Click on the blue, underlined video you wish to view.
7. Select:
to stream the video
Streaming refers to playing "live" or "realtime" video. The quality of a stream will depend on the quality of your internet connection.
- select your media player type
- Click the
button next to a video clip to stream
to download the video
When you download a video or clip, you save the copy of the file on your computer or network for later access.
- Right Click on the
button next to a video clip
- Select "Save Target As ..." (Internet Explorer Browser - used at Chickering School)
- Save the video
to add it to your playlist
You can create personal playlists of videos you like. Create one for each class or unit you teach!
- Add a video to your personal playlist by clicking on the
button and selecting the appropriate playlist
- Click "playlist" at the top of the page to view the videos on your playlist
